Hi! My name is Michelle Countryman. I will be the first to admit that dieting is hard. Have you tried dieting before and failed? Are you too busy to go to the gym? I have been a yo-yo dieter for years, losing weight then gaining it back. Most diets have left me feeling hungry. I can be successful for a short period of time, but then my stomach pains get the best of me. I quickly gain back all the weight I tried so hard to lose. 

I have successfully lost 25 pounds, without feeling hungry. I can't believe that I have even lost 25 pounds. My fitness accountability group has helped me stay on track. Become A Coach

Would you like to earn a little extra money doing a part time job? I decided to become a coach when my son left for college. With my daughter still in high school, I am not ready to join the work force. Being a coach allows me the flexibility I need to volunteer and stay active in my kid's lives.
